Fuhhh.

I hate being broke….I apply for jobs,  nobody hires me. I get financial aid, but still have to take out loans. I don’t even get refund checks like everyone else. I actually still owe the school some money for fall quarter. Why is it all so expensive? My parents don’t even make that much money. They make enough to pay bills at home and buy groceries and things like that but they definitely don’t make enough to send me to college. I hate being so stressed over money. I don’t want it to rule me. I don’t want to always think about it. But it’s hard. Then today I found out how much I have to pay for textbooks. Bruh, I don’t even have enough to buy essentials for living let alone a textbook that I probably won’t even read. Ughh. I could go on and on but I’m trying to stay positive so i’ll end it here. *sigh* College is stressful bro. Pray for me. If you’re not one to pray,  send good wishes/thoughts my way, pls. I just hate being like this….I hope things start to look up.

I will be back in Santa Barbara this weekend for my second year in college.

Words cannot even express how excited, nervous, and anxious I am about starting a new year but I feel somewhat ready for all that is about to be thrown at me. I’m determined to make this year WAY better than the last.

Wow, I just love taking out loans for school. The American education system is the BEST! I love that education is so expensive. Plus, I think it’s fun to be broke. C00L!!

Gettin’ real tired of your sh!t

I am so done with people stereotyping ucsb. Everytime I tell people where I am going to college, the first thing that comes out of their mouth is about partying/alcohol/sex and it’s freaking annoying. UCSB is a good school, ok. Just once, I want someone to respond with “wow, that’s a great school you must have worked hard in high school to get where you are. Well, good luck!” because I did work hard in high school. So many late nights of homework/studying, so many extra curriculars. I guess it’s something I gotta get used to, but I just want people to realize that I am going to a great school that is actually one of the top universities in the US & not just a party school.

So I might have to take out another loan

THIS IS JUST GREAT.

I wonder if there are any people who go to UC’s or Private Universities that can get through college without taking out any loans at all. I NEED TO KNOW YOUR SECRETS. This really sucks, but whatever. Gotta do what I gotta do. Anyone else out there in the same boat with all these loans? I really need to try to apply for more scholarships this year….sigh.

Acceptance letter #2! I checked my email after school and found this awesome surprise. I had a pretty lame day at school so this brightened my mood. This is one of my top choices for college so i feel like a dream has come true. Don’t know if I’m 100% gonna go here but I’m leaning toward it People hate on CSUN, but I love it. Go Matadors!
